Terms and Conditions

Delivery Information:

• MINIMUM PURCHASE RM100.00 for free delivery.
• RM8.00 TRANSPORTATION FEE will be charged for all purchases BELOW RM100.
• Delivery to selected areas within Johor Bahru area only.
• Order Processing Hours: Monday-Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays) 9:00AM – 4:00PM
• Delivery Hours: Monday-Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays) 10:00AM – 5:00PM
• MINIMUM 2 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends and public holidays) required
• Customers will be contacted by us to confirm delivery date and time.

Freezer rental Information:

• Freezer rental period is MAXIMUM 3 DAYS from date of receipt.
• Minimum amount of purchases needed to rent freezer will be RM500.
•Delivery charges for the freezer will be RM60.
• Collection/delivery of rented freezer: Monday-Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays) 10:00AM – 5:00PM.
• Customers will be contacted by us to confirm delivery/collection date and time of freezer.
• Customers are liable to pay for any damages or loss of freezer. Charges based on freezer parts damaged.
Loss of freezers subjected to RM1, 500.00 charge.
